Quality & COA
Every lot is independently tested via HPLC for purity and identity. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is available via the QR code on each vial label and through our COA lookup portal.
Shipping
Temperature-sensitive materials ship in insulated pack-outs with phase-change cooling. Tracked transit only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Returns
Due to the nature of research materials we do not accept returns on opened or temperature-sensitive products. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any quality concerns.
